Dear Rev Tong and Elder Yong
An excellent message in renewing oneself indeed -good for one and every who meets the occasional bumps and starts and has to reconcile with oneself that the race ahead is not an easy one but that one must run steadily.

Thanks be to God for your steady work , week after week.
Thanks for reminding us that food is not our heaven but heaven is our food.
